During this special evening together we will begin in a circle, easing ourselves in with a grounding meditation.

Then we will set our intentions and journal all our desires that we wish to bring into fruition this year. Trusting that our intentions will manifest for us, we give them up to the universe and lay down and prepare to surrender to the blissful sounds.

This is a precious time for you to fully relax and bathe in the healing frequencies and sounds of crystal singing bowls and pyramids.

Through the powerful healing frequencies we will activate our parasympathetic nervous system which allows the body to rest, digest, restore and repair.

The frequencies slow our brainwaves down, quietening down our monkey minds and allowing us to drift into a floaty dreamlike meditative state, helping to bring about balance and harmony and remove any stagnant/ stuck energy.

After the Sound Bath we come back together in a circle, to connect and share.

The intention is for you to leave feeling more centred, connected and empowered.

What you will need:
* Warm comfortable clothing
* Water to stay hydrated
* A journal / notepad to write your intentions in
* A blanket and / cushions to make yourself nice and cosy for the sound meditation
* Yoga mats will be provided

An evening of blissful sound, using crystal singing bowls, soothing chimes and quartz pyramids.⁠

Prepare for an activation of the senses as you feel the vibrations wash through your body, the angelic sounds entraining your brain waves to a more relaxed state taking you on an acoustic journey and the familiar welcoming woody smell of palo santo cleansing your body and the space around you 🌊

The sounds of the crystal singing bowls resonate at different healing frequencies that correspond each of the chakras / energy centers, helping to bring about balance and harmony and remove any stagnant energy, or anything that is causing us dis-harmony 💝

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets provided.
Comfortable loose clothing is recommended.

What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is an acoustic meditative experience where you lie down, or sit and are “bathed” in sound waves. There's actually no water or bath included in a sound bath :)

The sound practitioner aims to guide you into a deep meditative state where your brain waves will start to slow down, your body will start to relax and your attention will focus more on your inner world.

Each person’s experience is unique. Some people see colours in their inner mind during the sound bath, while others receive insights, realisations or clarity over something that has been worrying them.

Tune into the frequency of new beginnings, and use this time to nurture and water your New Year’s intentions surrounded by a group of like-minded women.

As women we know that we work best in a cyclical way, and so we wanted to take you through a transformational afternoon tuning into this early Spring energy, grounding into our bodies and exploring ancient healing practice, to guide back in the direction of your most courageous and vivacious selves.

Our vision is to use the healing power of women’s community in combination with Kundalini Yoga & Activated Sound Bath to get women like you back on your feet, and not only survive but thrive again!

Your half day retreat includes:

-A Sharing Circle which will offer us the opportunity to gain support and insight around our unique needs and challenges

Sound Practitioner, Kate Stewart and Breathwork Practitioner, Lisa Sibley-Pollitt invite you for an evening of deep healing and rest.

Using a powerful combination of conscious connected breathwork and the soothing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls. The intention of this journey is to provide a safe space to deeply relax, to let go of what is no longer serving you, to open the heart, heal the body and to help bring about balance.

When we are at dis-ease in our bodies and feeling out of balance, we are out of harmony. When breathing deeply using our diaphragm we connect to our authentic selves. Breathwork has the power to revitalise our immune system, increase our cardiovascular capacity, connect to our purpose and feel deep bliss.

The Crystal Singing Bowls produce healing frequencies that will activate your parasympathetic nervous system which allows the body to rest, digest, restore and repair. What you will need:

* Warm comfortable clothing (and wear warm socks), your body temperature may drop during the relaxation element of the event

* Water to stay hydrated

* You are welcome to bring a notepad / journal to write down your experience

* Please bring a blanket or two and / cushions to make yourself nice and cosy for the sound meditation. You are also welcome to bring an eye pillow.

* Yoga mats will be provided
